GET STEPPIN’ UP (50 Minutes) A creative class combining Step Rebook (step provided) for a low impact, high intensity workout. You will be moving and shaking and having fun without even knowing you are burning calories and getting results. SMART MOVES (45 MINUTES) This class is directed to the newcomer focusing on instruction of basic steps and combinations using the Step Reebok.
