Accept this challenge and the results will speak for themselves in 21 days!!
We are not asking for much, just a 21-day commitment to YOUR fitness and fun which include weight training, cardio, hiking, dancing, singing, yes, singing, can you say Karaoke?!!
These are the Guidelines:
1. Eat Real Food, avoid/eliminate sugar.
2. Drink half your scale weight in ounces of water per day.
3. Integrate all aspects of a well-rounded, healthy lifestyle program by participating and tracking four (4) activities per week, (which will be easy because it's fun!).
4. Tell your friends, family, co-workers and neighborhoods about your getfit 21 Day Challenge to encourage their support and encouragement. Invite them to get involved in the getfit 21 Day Challenge and have fun.
5. Sign up and get your getfit 21 Day Challenge Passport.
These activities are:
SOCIAL – Trust Me You Can Sing Karaoke Workout Night, Country Wine Dancing, Shot and Squat (calm down, it's a protein drink). Goal is to attend at least one (1) with in the getfit 21 Day Challenge.
MINDBODY AWARENESS Yoga, Hiking (Coyote Valley Open Space Reserve). Goal is to attend as many as possible with in the getfit 21 Day Challenge.
FITNESS Pound, Zumba, GET BootCamp FIT, GET Your BodySculpt, GET Steppin', MIX IT UP. Goal is to attend as many as possible with in the getfit 21 Day Challenge.
EDUCATIONAL GET Tank Top Tone Arms Seminar- Workout, GET BackFIT Seminar-Workout, GET Results (Small Group Personal Training), GET Tone Buns Seminar-Workout . Goal is to attend at least one (1) with in the getfit 21 Day Challenge.
